Advertised Salary:

Minimum $42,167 ANNUAL (12 months)
Depending on Qualifications

Degree and area of specialization:

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Information Sciences, Social Science, or related field preferred

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

REQUIRED:
* One year of successful project management experience.
* Excellent administrative and time-management skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient in the use of computer spreadsheets, word processing and electronic communications, including google docs.
* Experience managing access to project information by multi-institutional partners
* Demonstrated experience coordinating large in-person and virtual meetings
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple institutions in multiple timezones
* Experience in planning, managing and executing multiple projects within deadlines.
* Experience in subcontract management, including University financial systems.
* Experience in web maintenance

PREFERRED:.
* Familiarity with CIRTL Network operations
* Experience setting up and managing Trellis Groups and Google Folders to provide collaborators with access to project materials
* Experience managing multiple Blackboard Collaborate & Ultra web conferencing rooms

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the mission of the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning (CIRTL), at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, University of Madison-Wisconsin. CIRTL is a collaboration among 43 research universities working to enhance excellence in undergraduate education through the development of a national faculty committed to implementing and advancing effective teaching practices for diverse learners as part of successful and varied professional careers.

In particular, this position will be responsible for the administration of multiple projects and resources within CIRTL.
