Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for recruitment and staffing processes and associated administrative processes within the Division of Facilities Planning and Management (FP&M). The incumbent is responsible for planning; developing, recommending, and implementing all identified recruitment tools and processes, making compensation decisions and recommendations, and other related issues. This position requires extensive communication and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with FP&M management and staff, UW, and the public. This position also requires excellent organizational and time management skills and well-developed abilities for tact, judgement, and confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study or equivalent years of experience preferred.

Schedule Comment:

Monday - Friday, 7:45AM - 4:30PM
