Degree and area of specialization:

Bachelor's degree required; preferred focus: healthcare, biology, or related field.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

1+ years of experience of application support experience

2+ years working in a clinical research setting is preferred, but not necessary.

Previous experience working with OnCore highly preferred.

Previous experience with reporting tools such as Jasper Studio, SAS, SPSS, Tableau or QlikView.

Understand data structure and schema to develop data collection forms and write custom reports.

Position Summary:

The OnCore Application Coordinator will be a product subject matter expert for the clinical research management system, OnCore. Incumbent will communicate and engage with OnCore users, technical support personnel, the OnCore Clinical Research Systems Manager (CRSM), and Forte Research Systems, Inc., the software vendor of OnCore, regarding support, testing, training, documentation, and enhancements. The OnCore Application Coordinator will assist the CRSM in collaborations between departments, groups, and study teams to increase efficiency and productivity, and improve workflow processes based upon the use of OnCore in support of sponsor, industry, and investigator initiated clinical trials. The OnCore Application Coordinator will be the primary individual for user support and application administration and will assist in the testing of software patches and enhancements. In addition, the Coordinate will research new features to better align with business use cases and assist the CRSM in the preparation and delivery of appropriate training and documentation to the OnCore user base.
