Degree and area of specialization:

Bachelor's degree and minimum one year of work experience in a professional setting or university career services environment.

Minimum one year of work experience in a professional setting or university career services environment.
Excellent administrative, organizational, oral and written communication, time management, computer and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills; Calm and professional demeanor to promote client relations
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated success in addressing diverse client needs.

Position Summary:

This position serves as the first point of contact for WECAN users and potential cleints. WECAN is the Wisconsin Education Career Access Network and is the online posting and hiring system used for hiring K-12 educational positions in Wisconsin. In this position, the incumbent will promote WECAN features to school districts and respond to customer and students' help tickets; facilitate communication regarding updates; and gain customer's cooperation to work through troubleshooting process to ensure customer problem resolution. In addition, this position will collaborate with Career Center team members regarding employer relations and event collaboration.
