Advertised Salary:

Minimum $32,500 ANNUAL (12 months)
Depending on Qualifications

Degree and area of specialization:

BA/BS required
Bachelors or higher degree in neuroscience, biological sciences, engineering, or related fields is preferred.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

At least 1 year of related lab/research experience preferred.
Knowledge of or special interest is neuroscience/neurology is highly desirable.
Experience working in a clinical setting and/or with human research participants is highly desirable.
Experience with database management preferred.
Experience writing Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols is highly desirable

License or Certificate:

 

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the research program of Dr. Elizabeth Felton in the Department of Neurology. Dr. Felton's research focuses on the dietary treatment of epilepsy in adults.

This position will end one year from the start date with the possibility of a one year extension. There is also the possibility that this position could be changed to a fixed term renewable position depending on availability of funding.
