Job Summary:

Under general supervision of the Food Service Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in leading the daily operations of the Carte, Strada, BBQ Stand and Lakeview Lounge, a large restaurant operation with seasonal alcohol service. Duties will include oversight of high volume and exceptional quality food preparation, presentation and customer service. Assist in the training and development of part time staff to achieve the same professional standards throughout the unit.

Additional Requirements:

Possess or ability to obtain the following certifications within six months of hire.
1. Owner/Operator bartender license
2. State of Wisconsin Restaurant manager certification.

Schedule Comment:

Fall/Spring Semester:
Thursday - Monday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Summer Schedule:
Thursday - Monday 3:00pm - 12:00am

Schedules may vary based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
