Degree and area of specialization:

-Bachelor's degree required; preferably in information technology, computer sciences, or related field;
or in an unrelated field with relevant work experience in information technology.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

-At least two years experience in software and hardware support preferred.
-Experience with designing specialized databases and developing specialized programs preferred.

-Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.

License or Certificate:

 

Position Summary:

Work as a member of an information systems team within the Department of Psychiatry, providing computer, programming, and network support to clinical and research faculty, staff, and students.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
-Excellent communication skills,
-Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
-Experience configuring Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android systems.
-Experience with Microsoft Server, System Center Configuration Manager, VMware ESXi, Linux servers.
