The Assay Services Unit at the WNPRC is seeking a highly motivated individual to participate in the high throughput analyses of human and nonhuman primate hormonal samples. The Assay Services Unit is one of five research service units of the WNPRC, and focuses on the development, validation, and analysis of biological samples for a wide variety of hormones, neurotransmitters, and biomarkers for nonhuman and human primate research. The lab serves primate research on the UW-Madison campus and from universities throughout the United States, as well as internationally. The Assay Services Unit is also a Core Lab for the Institute of Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) at UW-Madison. The majority of the work will entail a background in neuroendocrinology or chemistry.
