The WVDL is a high volume diagnostic laboratory that has been providing animal disease diagnostic testing to veterinarians and clients. Come join a team that is growing due to a increase of submissions from all over the country. This position will receive, process, and distribute specimens to the testing sections. Duties also include maintain a central supply room that supports the lab by ordering and distributing consumable supplies internally, monitor incoming electronic data submissions and prepare for physical receipt of the specimens, send out testing supplies and media, log in and support pathology sciences cases, and administer the shipping label program. This is a fast paced BSL2 laboratory space that has been recently remodeled. A major part of the WVDL mission is to support Wisconsin veterinarians and the agricultural industry.
