ASSISTANT REGISTRAR FOR CURRICULAR SERVICES ENROLLMENTMGMT/REGISTRAR Madison
The Office of the Registrar is excited to announce we are seeking an Assistant Registrar for Curricular Services. The Assistant Registrar for Curricular Services serves as a deputy and advisor to the Associate Registrar of Curricular and Academic Management Services (CAMS) and is a self-assured, congenial, and productive member of the Registrar's Leadership Team. The incumbent will manage the curricular team within CAMS (currently 5 individuals) and oversee the curricular functions and services, to include: the publication and maintenance of the Schedule of Classes, enrollment requisites, instructional data and reporting, creation of the academic calendar and final examination schedule in the student information system, and maintenance of curriculum management system. The incumbent must demonstrate a passion and commitment for exploring and implementing strategies that contribute to the sustained development of Office of the Registrar staff. Build rapport and establish and maintain professional relationships with school/college representatives to continually enhance the student experience and support the teaching and learning mission of the institution. The Office of the Registrar has a supportive and progressive working environment. We are a smart, collaborative staff of nearly 50, in modern office suites at the top of 333 East Campus Mall.
