This position is responsible for managing the laboratory functions of the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP) in the Environmental Health Division (EHD) at the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH). Coordination and communication at a State, Regional, and National level is necessary to ensure smooth operations of the samples and lab functions serving the National Program. Staff management responsibilities include: managing the daily work activities for the NADP lab functions, directing employees, recruiting, facilitating staff training, evaluating employee performance, and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
