Degree and area of specialization:
M.D. or equivalent is required. Completion of U.S. pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship programs are required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completion of U.S. pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship programs. Candidates for Associate Professor (CHS) or full Professor (CHS) rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CHS track.
License or Certificate:
WI medical licensure; BE/BC in pediatric cardiology
