Job Summary:

Designs, implements, and maintains infrastructure and/or complex technical integrations across multiple systems, including in-house systems, acquired commercial, and external such as Cloud hosted. Anticipates issues and devises resolution methodology. Provides non-routine maintenance and long term assistance to ensure subsystems and infrastructure function together and business needs are met. Provides guidance and trainings to other staff and serves as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree


-Minimum 3 years experience Administering Microsoft 365 and connected services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc)
-Minimum 3 years professional experience developing non-trivial applications and script automation using Bash, Powershell, Perl, PHP, Javascript, .NET, Python, Go, or similar
-Professional experience with Agile, DevOps, version control, test suite automation, continuous integration, containerization, and/or deployment methodologies
-Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, managing, and supporting large-scale Enterprise communication and/or collaboration systems (e.g. email, instant messaging, collaboration hub applications, etc.)
-Working knowledge of technical systems related to Identity and Access Management (e.g. LDAP, Shibboleth, multi-factor authentication, etc.)

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Project planning and project management experience. Able to coordinate and prioritize different project tasks and effectively manage time and resources
-A commitment to customer service and excellent customer service skills.
-Commitment to teamwork, balancing team and individual responsibilities, and supporting team efforts to achieve success.

Work Type:

Full Time: 100%

The candidate selected for this position will initially perform a combination of on-site and remote work subject to an approved remote work agreement (RWA) agreement, which is reviewed and approved annually. In the future, this position will likely perform a combination of onsite and remote work. Remote work requires successful candidates to possess their own high-speed internet and phone to perform the work on a University provided computer.

Appointment Type, Duration:

Terminal, 12 month appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding


Minimum $75,000 ANNUAL (12 months)
