Job Summary:

The Department of Radiology, University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a full time radiologist, interested in pursuing an academic career in Neuroradiology at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor on the CHS Track or CT Track.

We support the Wisconsin Idea to improve peoples' lives beyond our walls by collaborating with industry to translate new technology into daily clinical practice. We support the economic development of Wisconsin and the financial wellbeing of UW Health. We recruit and develop dedicated faculty and health professionals who inspire their co-workers and students towards lifelong learning, research discovery, service to their community and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

This faculty position will include clinical duties, teaching, and academic research. Breakdown of duties will be dependent on
the track the faculty member is hired.

Clinical duties will include all aspects of diagnostic neuroradiology and head and neck radiology including, but not exclusive
to CT, MRI, ultrasound and myelography. Call responsibilities will be defined by staffing levels and will be assigned by the
section chief.

Teaching assignments include medical student, resident, fellow and other department trainees as appropriate.

The candidate filling this position will demonstrate expertise and interest in Neuroradiology. The successful applicant will
participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the UW
School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other
faculty members.

Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology and certified or eligible for Neuroradiology subspecialty certificate
("CAQ"). Fellowship training in Neuroradiology required.

It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
