ASSOCIATE ADMINISTRATOR FOR CLINICAL SERVICES SMPH/SURGERY/SURGERY ADMIN Madison
The Associate Administrator, Clinical Services will support the Department of Surgery's clinical, education, research, and outreach missions through administrative leadership of clinical operations, faculty workforce planning, clinical program development, clinical quality, clinical informatics, and process improvement, under the direction of the Administrator and Department Chair, and through a close working relationship with Division Chairs. The Associate Administrator will act in the stead of the Administrator when the CFO is not available. This position will independently identify problems and develop solutions and direct others in implementation of the solutions. The Associate Administrator will oversee Business Development (4 FTE), and the Advanced Practice Providers Leadership Team (2 FTE). The Associate Administrator reports directly to the Administrator and serves as a member of the department's administrative leadership team.
