Position Summary:

Under the general supervision, this position will function and serve as a lead worker of food preparation work, including the production and serving of food; supply and distribution of food and supplies to service areas; and cleaning of assigned work areas. The position will oversee, direct and coordinate the work of part time staff.

Additional Information:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk on hard floors or patio surfaces for 8-10 hours.
-Ability to move wheeled carts, up to 500 pounds.
-Lift pans weighing 30 pounds out of cart and place on serving line.
- Ability to carry, change out and stack 1/2 barrels of beer each weighing 150 pounds.
- The physical design of the building requires many trips up and down stairs. Stairs may be full lengths between floors or short flights. Many repetitions of climbing up and down the stairs, and inside or outside, is required.



Work Schedule:

The work schedule will vary, to include days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule dependent on business needs.
