Position Summary:

Maintain, schedule, and perform basic health surveillance procedures with guidance from veterinarians. Assist Pathologists in basic necropsy or histology tasks involving a variety of laboratory animals in compliance with the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.

This position is being posted at both the Veterinary Technician 2 and Veterinary Techncian 3 levels. Duties and responsibilities will be commensurate with the level which this position will be filled. This position will either be at the developing (2) or the advanced (3) level. Determination of level will be decided based on the applicant pool and their experience level.
