The Associate Create Director works across strategy and design implementation to bring the WSB brand to life across every aspect of marketing. This role sets the creative vision for Wisconsin School of Business brand marketing assets, including web properties, advertising campaigns, and informational materials for prospective students. He or she supervises the design team, collaborating with marketing strategists to ensure that print, digital, and multimedia assets achieve our business goals and align with marketing strategy. He or she collaborates with various stakeholders, from setting the art direction across channels (paid social, display, email, web) to developing visual identities for programs, to evolving brand guidelines. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing efficient workflow procedures and practices, monitoring design assignments and ongoing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree relevant fields include, but are not limited to: art, design, graphic arts, communication arts, marketing.
Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
5 years of experience in developing on-trend marketing campaigns and related collateral for both print and digital delivery.
Experience conceptualizing, designing and producing brand campaigns, as well as leading design teams.
