Join a team that is responsible for supporting impactful student experiences at UW-Madison through Student Employment, Success Services, and Financial Aid Front-Line Services. This role will cultivate robust UW-Madison Student Employment experiences as well as engagement efforts for the nearly 10,000 student employees across campus. This important work includes administering a Federal Work-Study program with a budget exceeding $3 million as well as the Student Jobs platform which averages 30,000 users monthly. In addition, this position will provide essential operational support to the Office of Student Financial Aid front line services to assist students, families, and guests.
The Student Employment and Engagement Specialist reports directly to the Student Employment Manager. Prior experience within financial aid or the field of employment or personnel is preferred.
