Position Summary:

This position will serve as primary computer support specialist for the faculty, staff and students of the Department of Communication Arts. Responsibilities include general end-user support (workstations, printers, software, networking, and related technologies), lab support, classroom audio-visual support, and media production technologies. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot and effect minor equipment repairs when necessary, work independently on routine tasks, and collaborate with the rest of the unit?s staff to help achieve the instructional, research, and administrative goals of the Department. They report to the Director of Media Services and work in the Instructional Media Center (IMC).

Bachelors Degree required, with preference given to degrees in Computer Science or Media Production.
