Position Summary:

Claire Richardson Laboratory is looking for a Research Specialist that will be primarily responsible for activities that support the lab such as maintaining the C. elegans strain database, preparing stock solutions, and ordering supplies. This person will also conduct research on neuron cell biology and aging.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

BS or BA in Genetics, Biology, Chemestry, or other related Biological Sciences degree.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

The equivalent of 0.5 years. This can come from coursework in addition to part-time or full-time work or internships in biology or chemistry labs.
