Degree and Area of Specialization:

Nursing degree required, Associates or Higher

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

5 years experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an ambulatory clinic setting
Experience working under nurse protocols

License or Certificate:

Active state of Wisconsin registered nurse license
Current Basic CPR Certification
