This position will play a lead role in administering the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program, a collaboration of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute (UWPHI). Responsibilities will include financial management, human resources support, project management leadership, and systems improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Operations Team Leader, in the CHR&R program of the Population Health Institute.

|Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required
|Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience required in program and/or financial administration.
Financial management experience required (such as budget development, tracking and reporting
detailed expenditures, managing multiple funding sources, and contract development and oversight).
Project and/or systems management experience required (such as managing projects by
task/timeline/deliverable, developing and/or implementing systems for process improvement,
coordinating and communicating the work of project teams, and developing process guidance
Successful applicants will have a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Superior attention to detail.
Additional experience in the following areas are preferred:
Experience with financial systems and processes used by the University of Wisconsin or State of
Wisconsin (such as for budget development and tracking, contract management, and purchasing).
Experience with Google Analytics and/or Salesforce.
Experience developing how-to guides, process documents, or other internal program
Experience training staff on new systems or processes.
