Position Summary:

This position will serve as a Researcher for the CALL for Equity-Centered Leadership Project, which is an effort to understand how large, urban districts can create and sustain collaborative, aligned principal pipelines that systematically nurture equity-centered leadership. CALL-ECL is a new 6-year research project funded by the Wallace Foundation. The Researcher role will require the ability to confidently interact with institutional leaders across the partnership and contribute to developing research protocols for the project. This position will assist the principal investigators in all research aspects of the study.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Ph.D. in Education or related Social Science.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Required experience/qualifications:
* Experience managing research projects in Education
* Experience developing qualitative research programs, research protocols, ensuring human subjects protections, and data protection
* Experience with statistical and data management programs and knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis.
* Proven ability to publish in scholarly and practitioner venues and to coordinate writing projects across interdisciplinary teams.
* Experience with equity-centered policy, school reform, school leadership, or English-Langauge Learning research is a priority.
