Position Summary:

Delivers strategically significant and highly specialized information technology (IT) support services to end users in support of institutional technology operation. Develops and provides training to end users.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelors Degree required; preferably in information services, information technology, or related field. Other fields of study will be considered with 1-3 years of related, post-college work experience.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Required:
- 1-3 years work experience
- Demonstrable familiarity with writing practices and standards
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Networking and Macintosh OS

Experience with Windows OS, Apple Mac OS, Android OS preferred. Experience with laptop and desktop hardware preferred.

Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.

Additional Information:

The preferred candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and in person communication skills. They will also have excellent customer service skills.

The position will be on-site support 5 days a week.
