The WCER Fee-for-Service (FFS) Administrator works on a team of business professionals and serves as a primary liaison between FFS projects and WCER. This position is responsible for contract and agreement management, including negotiating, drafting, and modifying state, federal, private/industry and international contracts and agreements for university review and approval. The position collaborates with the University's central offices to execute FFS contracts. The position also monitors and advises on intellectual property issues for WCER projects, prepares license agreements, and monitors contract deliverables.
In addition, the Fee-for-Service Administrator collaborates with WCER's FFS Team to manage the administration of revenue producing processes and procedures, including meeting with WCER's FFS projects to identify and address problems/opportunities and supporting the implementation of FFS projects.
Finally, WCER's FFS Team monitors complex budgets and provides financial oversight to PIs and project staff with diverse portfolios. As such, experience with financial management and is preferred.
