Job Summary:

The Certified Program Manager (CPM) Program Director provides direction to the planning, operation, marketing, class scheduling and delivery of the CPM Colleague Group Cohort(s); the CPM Self-Directed Cohort, CPM Public Classes, and the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Command College. This position works closely with the Local Government Education CPM Director or designee to successfully deliver the CPM programming each year.

Education:

Preferred
Master's Degree

Qualifications:

Required
1. Seven years of progressive responsibility in developing, marketing, scheduling, and delivering public management and operation courses.
2. Understanding of the functions and operations of Wisconsin local and state government, duties and responsibilities, and the public policy process; and
3. Demonstrated oral communication, writing, teaching, organizational, coordination, interpersonal, and leadership skills suitable for successfully carrying out the responsibilities described above.
4. Demonstrated success with collaborating and coordinating programming with other entities.

Preferred
1. Experience in the conception, design, implementation, and evaluation of adult education programs is preferred
2. Previous CPM experience or other certified program setting.
3. Experience with Canvas and on-line training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
