Job Summary:

The Wisconsin School of Business seeks a full-time, nine-month, tenure track appointment to begin August 22, 2022. The position would be responsible for teaching graduate and undergraduate students in Digital Strategy and other courses as needed at the Wisconsin School of Business, in addition to conducting scholarly research and performing service. The position will reside in a single academic department ( based on the candidate's research program. The school has several initiatives related to technology and digitization, such as our new MBA specialization in Technology Strategy & Product Marketing, our marketing track in Technology Product Marketing, as well as a collaboration with our School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences. We are looking for a faculty member to support these efforts and provide strategic leadership. The Wisconsin School of Business currently enrolls more than 3,000 Undergraduate students, more than 500 Postgraduate students, and about 50 Doctoral students.

Terminal Degree
Ph.D. in Information Systems, Management, Marketing, Operations, Strategy or related fields, with research interests in Technology Strategy, Digitization and/or Product Management, is required.


Well-qualified applicants will have demonstrated high quality research with publications in top tier journals and will have demonstrated evidence of excellence in teaching. Applicants will possess academic credentials to qualify for a tenured faculty appointment at UW-Madison.
