Job Summary: |
Help usher in successful change and prepare employees across the UW system for the implementation of Workday and Huron Research Suite. The Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) is hiring Stakeholder Engagement Specialists to help manage and facilitate the ATP Change Network, readiness workshops, and other change management focused engagements. Successful candidates will have experience planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings and communications with large and diverse stakeholder groups. Ideal candidates will have experience and interest in change management, communications, and relationship management.
This position will support the implementation of ATP's stakeholder engagement strategy, including operations and delivery of the ATP Change Network and events across the UW System's 13 campuses. ATP's Change Network is a UW System-wide program comprised of Campus Readiness Teams and Change Ambassadors. The Change Network aims to prepare, equip, and support all UW campuses and their employees through the implementation of Workday and Huron Research Suite. The ATP Engagement Specialist will report to the ATP Stakeholder Engagement Lead within the Change Management Office.

Responsibilities: |
Delivers and assists with planning outreach program activities, strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and local community. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. May assist with tracking and managing the outreach program budget.
- 5% Identifies, promotes, and maintains external partnerships to support the outreach program
- 15% Schedules and secures resources and communicates logistics in support of an outreach program
- 20% Delivers outreach program content and materials to community members
- 20% Researches, develops, and facilitates outreach program content and materials
- 10% Develops and evaluates curriculum and programs and provides recommendations for improvement
- 20% Leads the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures through oversight of day-to-day activities for program staff and student and community volunteers
- 10% Tracks, manages, and follows up on stakeholder participation and completion of readiness activities

Qualified candidates will have experience: 1. Planning, organizing, and facilitating large meetings, conferences, or training sessions for more than 100 people 2. Drafting and delivering stakeholder facing communications 3. Managing stakeholder relationships
Qualified candidates will be: 1. Organized 2. Flexible and adapt to change (the Change Management Team must lead by example) 3. A team player 4. Customer service oriented in their work
Plain Language or Change Management training is preferred.
