The Business Sponsorship Manager is responsible for the activities that support the corporate sponsorship and special events teams within the Development unit of PBS Wisconsin. This position provides donor services and communications to corporate sponsors; builds proposals and manages sponsorship production and donor recognition processes; maintains multiple databases and financial reports; serves as the primary administrative hub for internal and external stakeholders of the corporate sponsorship team. In addition, this position supports aspects of PBS Wisconsin Auction and special events. Reports to Managing Director of Corporate Giving and Events.
RESEARCH SPECIALIST - PEDIATRICS SMPH\PEDIATRICS\GPAM Madison
The Program of Research on Outcomes for Kids (PROKids) in the Department of Pediatrics conducts health service and quality improvement research with the goal of improving health outcomes through patient-centered research with populations in all age groups. Some projects the PROKids team works on are randomized and pragmatic trials while others are observational studies or use qualitative approaches. The team is looking to add 1-2 Research Specialists.
CHEMIST II WSLH\ENVIRN SC\ORGAN CHEM Madison
This is a Chemist Level position within the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH), and performs duties under the supervision of the Organic Chemistry Supervisor. This position serves as a Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) specialist responsible for independently preparing, analyzing and reporting tissue, water, waste water, solids and other sample matrices to support state or federal regulations, research grants or other contracts. Responsibilities include performing routine and non-routine analysis using state-of-the-art technologies; performing maintenance on complex systems; training other analysts; and working with clients to understand the results we have provided. Knowledge of GCMS, GC-FID, and GC-ECD would also be preferable as this position may also run other routine tests in the laboratory.
