The mission of the Division of Enrollment Management is to achieve the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s enrollment goals strategically and provide information and services in collaboration with campus partners to enhance student success. DEM includes the following offices: Admissions and Recruitment, Student Financial Aid, Registrar, the Student Success Through Applied Research (SSTAR) Lab and Vice Provost for Enrollment Management. Reporting to the director of the Office of Admissions and Recruitment, the senior associate director for admissions provides critical strategic leadership for the application review process, including more than 65,000 domestic and international first year and transfer applications annually. Guided by the vision of the director, this position is responsible for long-term planning for the Admissions unit, working collaboratively within their unit, as well as across the office, the enrollment division and campus to develop and implement sustainable and efficient systems and processes.
