HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCHER SMPH/SURGERY/WISOR Madison

The Wisconsin Surgical Outcomes Research Program (WiSOR), a vibrant, interdisciplinary, multi-investigator research program within the Department of Surgery, is seeking a researcher to join our rapidly growing program. The immediate program needs for this position involve project management and research support for a variety of research studies aimed at addressing the opioid epidemic in the state of Wisconsin, improving colorectal surgical care, and improving the long-term outcomes of surgical trauma patients. The selected candidate(s) will assist with a variety of research areas, including project management, coordination of research teams, and execution of research. You will be expected to have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and be able to manage projects involving interdisciplinary teams that include clinicians, biostatisticians, qualitative researchers, and/or clinical trials coordinators.
