ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGET MANAGER summary: The Administrative and Budget Manager is a principal advisor and provides executive support to the Associate Vice Provost & University Registrar and Leadership Team, which enables the Office of the Registrar to serve as a key institutional resource, highly productive and collaborative partner with campus constituencies, and leader known for innovation and service that places us at the forefront of our profession. This position is expected to exercise independent drive and judgment, as well as anticipation of needs with a keen use of administrative problem solving and analytical ability to support initiatives that reach across the Office of the Registrar and campus. Successful candidates will be self-assured, motivated, and congenial; have a detailed, analytic mind; and demonstrate a talent for creative problem solving. The Administrative and Budget Manager provides strategic budget management, schedules logistics, secures resources for program activities, and serves as liaison with various constituencies. The individual represents the University Registrar and the office on committees and teams, and assists with the University Registrar's responsibilities to the office, division, campus partners and central administration. The incumbent also supervises the Office of the Registrar Communication Specialist. The Office of the Registrar has a supportive and progressive working environment. We are a smart, collaborative team of nearly 60, in office suites at the top of 333 East Campus Mall.
