The UW-Madison School of Nursing is seeking a collaborative and energetic researcher to become the next Associate Dean for Research and Sponsored Programs. This Associate Dean position is responsible for providing overall leadership and oversight for matters related to research innovation, compliance, and advancement in an exceptionally successful and growing School of Nursing. The Associate Dean will work to advance the quality and integrity of the School’s research programs, providing strategic vision, developing processes and procedures to support grant management and compliance processes, and providing consultation and technical assistance to faculty, staff, students, and partners in the development of research proposals to advance the school's mission. The ideal candidate is an active researcher with federal and/or foundation funding experiences who is committed to academic excellence, mentorship, and leadership. PROFESSOR, ASST, ASSOC OF NURSING-CHRONIC DISEASE - NATIVE AMERICAN CLUSTER HIRE NUR/FACULTY AFFAIRS/ADMIN Madison
The School of Nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks to hire a tenure track faculty member (any rank) with expertise in chronic disease prevention and management that may be applied in a Native American community context. This position will be one of an interdisciplinary cluster hire focused on Native American Environment, Health and Community. Collaborating units include the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, the School of Nursing, and the School of Human Ecology. Successful candidates will conduct interdisciplinary research, teach courses, mentor students, and contribute to academic service and an academic environment of inclusive excellence.
